the association in its petition complained that the builder, amrutha estates, was carrying on illegal constructions and that the municipal corporation of hyderabad was turning a blind eye to the activities of the builder. the judge also directed the director of fire services and the competent authority from the national airport authority of india to be present in the court. the judge earlier had found that the relevant records were seized by the acb from the municipal corporation of hyderabad in 1977. however, the judge noted that no action has been taken till date by the municipal corporation. the judge also wanted the municipal corporation of hyderabad to inform the court as to whether the present case of amrutha estates was the first of its kind or whether the builder had even earlier made such illegal constructions and had later gone to the authorities for regularisation. justice swamy further extended another opportunity to deputy surveyor land records 'to mend himself' and produce the relevant maps before the appropriate committee dealing with the matter. the judge also permitted mv durga prasad, counsel for the petitioner to publish the details of the hearing of the writ petition in the case to enable the residents of the buildings to participate in the hearing.
